The kitchen must meet the sanitation to ensure good health of students.Beginning 2003,this school begain implementing project of refreshing our kitchen,especially in kitchen storage standarization and independent management.In addition to enforce registry control, workers in the kitchen are given sanitation education and trained in independent management to raise the sanitation quality and increase the safety of meals.
The working area is partitioned. Screens have been installed on doors and an windows. A ventilation door is added, All this is intended to prevent diseases and breeding of vectors. The school had bought an automatic machine for making steamed bread and another automatic machine for heating soymilk to reduce the number of staff workers and improve the quality of food.
